Voting for CORSA directors is now open

Voting for CORSA Directors is now open!

The voting period is 15 October 2025 through 1 December 2025.

Please visit the following link for the online ballot:
https://www.corvair.org/?option=com_civ … t=1&sid=16

NOTE: You MUST be logged into the CORSA website for this link to work.

You may also fill out and mail the paper ballot that was included with your Communique.

Remember to vote for the candidate in YOUR Division only!

For most of us reading this, that would be Western Division. Unsure of what division you are in? Send a message and we’ll help.

See the topic “CANDIDATE STATEMENTS FOR CORSA DIRECTOR” to “hear from” the candidates themselves.

Immediately after casting your online ballot, you should see the “Thank you for voting!” confirmation.

You will also receive a confirmation email message from CORSA.

We strongly encourage all CORSA members to vote so that your voice is heard as we strive to make this organization better.
.

Note from Western Division Director Josh Deitcher: SFBA has had many members serve on the CORSA board over the years and I am proud to have been able to add my name to the list serving for two terms. I, along with fellow SFBA member Greg Vargas, put in a lot of work to move the org forward with fresh ideas and actions and to give more exposure to the Western Division and California, specifically. CORSA needs volunteers to fill these positions to keep new ideas flowing into the org and to keep the “churn” fresh.

For this voting cycle, we only have one candidate running, Scott Howey. For those of you who don’t know Scott, he is a very active Corvair owner in SoCal and runs FlatSix Graphics and the Corvair Forum (not to be confused with the Corvair Center Forum owned and operated by CORSA). He also designed our SFBA 50th Anniversary merch.

Scott is a great guy and a great ambassador of the Corvair. Even though he is running unopposed, I encourage you all to vote for him as a show of support to Scott and his nomination.

If you are interested in running for a director position with CORSA in the future or are interested in volunteering with CORSA or the Corvair Preservation Foundation in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to learn more.
